About Us
CHEEO
We are a local grassroot non-profit CBO, which promotes equitable access to health care among vulnerable populations in Migori County. We address health disparities through community drive, sustainable, and right based approaches. Our interventions span maternal and child health, communicable and noncommunicable diseases, mental health, and public health emergency preparedness. We work with marginalized groups, including rural poor households, women, adolescents, persons with disabilities, and persons living with or at risk of HIV and other chronic illnesses.
Partnerships and Collaborations
CHEEO works closely with the County Health Department, faith-based organizations, local NGOs, CBOs, academic institutions, and donor agencies. These partnerships strengthen technical capacity, promote resource mobilization, and ensure complementarity of interventions.
